The Park

Saturday Chris was so sweet and took me out all day long to all kinds of places! We got to go to two malls, Central Market, to look at new couches, and a really, really good frozen yogurt place. Sunday was a beautiful day so we all went to the park for some outdoor fun. The dogs got some much needed attention and Scarlett got some much needed sun. She really liked being outside and it was a lot of fun to just enjoy being outdoors instead of being cooped up in the house!

2 months

She turned two months last weekend and she is sure showing it! She talks a lot now and is getting really good at holding her head up. She is even sleeping for 6 or 7 hours most nights. At her doctors visit she is ranking in the 95% on her weight and height. She is 12lbs and 10ozs and 24in long! She's made her first road trip up to Oklahoma and did really well. We were having issues overfeeding/overeating for awhile but that's sorted itself out and we are having to work on her neck movement to the right since she favors only moving her head to the left. Ride em' Cowboy!

We went to the Houston Rodeo today, her first one! We walked around the carnival and let my niece and nephew ride all the rides, Scarlett isn't quite old enough. We went inside and took her to her first petting zoo. She got to see goats, lamas, baby kangaroos, and deer! She was wide awake and had so much fun!

Finally Cloth!

She finally gets to use her cloth diapers and so far they are awesome and easy!
